Buy Diablo II: Resurrected & the Warlock DLC: Prices and Where to Buy

Diablo II: Resurrected is digital-only — there is no disc to buy. This page lays out the official prices first, then the discount key stores, so you can see exactly what each channel sells and which links on this page are affiliate links.

Digital only — no physical edition exists

Blizzard’s official launch guidance is explicit: Diablo II: Resurrected is only available digitally, and there are no physical versions of the game on any platform. If you see a listing promising a D2R disc or boxed copy, it is not a genuine physical edition of this game. Buy a digital code or download from one of the channels below instead.

The game is sold for PC on Battle.net and Steam, and digitally for Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. On PC — the platform this site’s save-editing guides cover — the two official stores are Battle.net and Steam.

The Official Prices

Infernal Edition — $39.99. This is the complete bundle: the base game (including Lord of Destruction content) plus the Reign of the Warlock DLC. The Infernal Edition launched on Steam in February 2026, when D2R arrived on Steam for the first time; before that, PC sales were Battle.net-only.

Reign of the Warlock DLC — $24.99. The paid expansion, released 11 February 2026. It adds the Warlock — the first new playable class in 25 years — plus 2 additional stash tabs and 2 additional character slots, along with endgame changes. The DLC requires the base game; it is not a standalone game. Our Warlock DLC guide breaks down what it adds in detail.

Game Pass — base game included, DLC not included. Diablo II: Resurrected joined Game Pass (Ultimate, Premium and PC Game Pass) on 12 February 2026. If you already subscribe, you can play the base game through Game Pass, but Reign of the Warlock is not part of that inclusion — you would still buy the DLC separately if you want the Warlock class, the extra stash tabs and the extra character slots.

Battle.net and Steam are linked here as the official-price reference only. Neither operates an affiliate programme for this site, so we earn nothing when you buy there — they are listed first because their prices are the baseline every discount below should be judged against.

How to read this table: start from the official $39.99 / $24.99 baseline. A discount is only a discount if the store’s live price — for the exact edition and region you need — is below that baseline on the day you buy.

Discount Key Stores

Two stores are linked from this site as affiliate placeholders. Both links currently go to the store homepage: check the live catalogue and price on the store itself. We do not promise that a specific Diablo II: Resurrected edition or price is in stock at either store at any given moment.

Loaded (formerly CDKeys) — a discount key store that sells its own keys rather than hosting third-party sellers. CDKeys rebranded to Loaded in September 2025, carrying accounts and catalogue over. Check Loaded for current offers →

Green Man Gaming — a long-running key retailer that sources keys from publishers and sells across major PC platforms, including Battle.net and Steam activations in its wider catalogue. Check Green Man Gaming for current offers →

About Eneba — and why there is no link

Eneba is a marketplace: listings come from third-party sellers, so prices can look lower but the details that matter — platform, region and seller — are yours to check before buying, and a key bought for the wrong region may not activate. We mention Eneba editorially so the price ladder is complete, but this site has no Eneba affiliate link and earns nothing if you buy there. If you use a marketplace, check the region and platform on the listing itself, and compare against the official price above first.

For Save-Editor Readers: Read This Before You Buy the DLC

Owning Reign of the Warlock does not make Warlock saves editable. The DLC changed the save format (versions 100–105), and no established editor — including D2CE, whose final release predates the DLC by almost three years — has verified support for Warlock-era saves. Buying the DLC for the class and the extra slots is a good reason; buying it expecting current editors to open a Warlock character is not.
